We were thrilled to travel to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to photograph Erica & Sean’s destination wedding. It was an unforgettable three day celebration shared with the couple’s family and closest friends. The wedding took place at the breathtaking Las Caletas just south of Puerto Vallarta. This secluded tropical venue is located on a private beach that is surrounded by jungle and the Sierra Madre mountains. The guests and family enjoyed spectacular scenery on the trip to Las Caletas which is only accessible by boat.
Erica and her bridesmaids arrived to Las Caletas early giving them plenty of time to relax and enjoy this unique location.

Sean and his groomsmen got ready at the hotel and arrived at Las Caletas shortly before the ceremony with the family members and wedding guests.
The romantic and emotional ceremony took place on the beach with the Pacific ocean as a backdrop.

The wedding was themed in the tropical colors of coral and blue. The many details added the perfect touch.
The guests enjoyed a romantic dinner reception on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Once the sun set, the party moved down to the beach where everyone danced the night away. The unforgettable night was capped off with a spectacular show by fire dancers followed by a Chinese lantern release.
No destination wedding would be complete without a Trash the Dress Session and we were happy Erica and Sean were up to the challenge! We shot the Trash the Dress at the beautiful Riu Vallarta Hotel.
