Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue. Kalyn thought of it all when planning her vintage themed April wedding. Her personally chosen flowers in each bouquet, Pedro Garcia lace-up shoes, string of pearls, cathedral veil, and antique blushing bride pin secured on lace said it all. Kalyn looked simply stunning in her gorgeous Pronovias lace gown. Her bridesmaids were all so very beautiful and helped Kalyn every step of the way. And for the groom and his groomsmen, they were fun and full of energy while preparing for the day (I’m certain the full sugar Red Bulls may have helped a tad).
This beautiful bride and handsome groom exchanged their wedding vows at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Norwich, CT and a vintage car carried the happy couple away following the ceremony. The reception was held at The Society Room of Hartford which was gorgeously decorated and, of course, full of detail. Mini framed place card holders, gem stoned napkin rings and lace cut menus were just a small mention of what awaited each guest.
After dinner it was nearly impossible to remain in your seat as their DJ, Matty B, jazzed up the room with his outstanding talent.
The night concluded for the couple with a small stroll for two on cobblestoned Pratt St, outside The Society Room. There was a dip, a final kiss, and unending love for the new husband and wife.
