When Kristin and Travis planned their wedding, they had no idea what Mother Nature had up her sleeve. Torrential downpours, a major snowstorm, icy road conditions… what else could have happened!? But Mother Nature lost the fight because she was no match for the love that filled the air throughout Kristin and Travis’ wedding day.
The day began at the Hotel Viking in Newport, RI where everyone was busily preparing for the ceremony. Secret presents delivered by loved ones were exchanged between the bride and groom bringing many happy tears.
The tears continued at the quaint Kay Chapel next door to the Hotel Viking as the couple exchanged their heart melting vows. Afterwards, everyone partied back at the Viking, which was the perfect backdrop for a gorgeous reception. Who could forget the hand rolled cigars and of course, grandma’s dance moves.
Kristin and Travis have the kind of love that somehow can be felt in your own heart, one that is surely unique and unforgettable.
